Sample and delivery requests arrived through inconsistent messages, often missing account, product or delivery information. Sales teams needed a quick mobile-friendly process while operations needed complete, legible and searchable requests.

The approach

From problem to working solution.

  • Converted the request process into a guided form covering account, contact, address and delivery requirements.
  • Added searchable wine data so product codes and descriptions could be selected consistently.
  • Captured multiple products, quantities and comments in a single structured submission.
  • Stored requests in Firebase while retaining email and downloadable summaries for operational hand-off.
