Hi, I'm Paul. I created Ironworks Technology to give business owners a safe, straightforward place to talk about technology, AI and change without jargon, pressure or the fear of making an expensive mistake.
Why Ironworks
Technology should give people confidence, not make them feel excluded.
I have spent more than 25 years working where business and technology meet. During that time, I have led teams, modernised systems, improved processes and built practical tools for real operational problems.
One thing has remained constant: most organisations do not struggle because they lack technology. They struggle because the choices feel confusing, the risks feel high and nobody has taken the time to explain what really matters.
Ironworks is my answer to that. It is founder-led, practical and deliberately personal. You work directly with me, and we move at a pace that feels manageable for your business.
